Cost to the Client

The cost will be advised after we found an
interest to fund the project.
Typically there will be:-
£500 administration fee on engagement contract.
£1000 application fee which is refundable
should the letter of intent not be issued.
Underwriting fee £2000 on the acceptance of
the terms in the letter of intent.
Commitment fee (if applicable) prior to the due
diligence process, or Closing fee. |
